The website of "http://www.residencemalaysia.com" (hereinafter referred to as "this Website") is set up by Residence Worldwide (MM2H) Sdn Bhd solely for the purpose of providing comprehensive information, services and contents for those foreigners interested in the MM2H programme.  For the purpose of this Privacy Statement, a "USER" is defined as someone using or accessing this Website.  By using or accessing this Website, you permit the collection and use of your personal information as outlined below in our Privacy Statement.  You should visit this page periodically to review any changes to the Privacy Statement.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTED

This Website collects user submitted account information such as name and email address to identify you and send you notifications or newsletters concerning the "Malaysia My Second Home" (hereinafter referred to as "MM2H") programme.
