A few years ago, the Malaysian government had initiated, organised and subsequently launched a programme called "Malaysia My Second Home". It is a programme that the Malaysian government will ensure its success. In response to the government's initiative, Residence Worldwide (MM2H) Sdn Bhd was incorporated to offer our services to foreigners who are interested to participate in the Malaysia My Second Home programme. Our Company had applied for the requisite licences and was officially appointed by the Ministry of Tourism as an authorised MM2H agent to promote this programme to any interested Malaysia My Second Home participants. Residence Worldwide (MM2H) Sdn Bhd is managed and directed by highly motivated professionals and veterans who have numerous years of working experiences in various fields such as Real Estate, Property & related businesses, Hotel & Hospitality businesses, etc. This website "www.residencemalaysia.com" was set up by the Company in order to provide more comprehensive information about the MM2H programme as well as the excitement, benefits and advantages of living in Malaysia. The primary purpose of this website is also to assist foreigners who are contemplating of moving to Malaysia under the patronage of MM2H programme. The various pages of information included in this website will endeavour to provide relevant answers to most of the questions raised by those interested foreigners. The Company was formed in order to achieve the following objectives:- • To introduce this MM2H programme to those foreign investors coming from countries recognised by the Malaysian government such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Middle Eastern countries, United Kingdom, United States, etc. • To provide timely assistance, prompt and efficient services to those foreign participants in the MM2H programme. • To furnish appropriate and relevant information on the Malaysian government latest policies, guidelines, rules and regulations. • To advise those foreign participants in the MM2H programme regarding the choice of location, facilities and amenities, homely environment and market pricing of their "will-be" second home in Malaysia. Our roles as an authorised and approved MM2H agent to those foreign participants of MM2H programme are listed below:- • To provide the much needed assistance in the arrangement and submission of any new application on the MM2H programme to the Malaysia My Second Home Centre based in the Malaysian Tourism Ministry. • To follow up with all the application process as well as to provide the necessary assistance to fulfill and comply with all the requirements of the MM2H programme. • To ensure that the approval of any new application of MM2H programme is obtained within the stipulated timeframe. • To coordinate and liaise with the local parties on behalf of those foreign participants in the MM2H programme. • To act as a one-stop agency for the MM2H programme where all the needs of the participants are attended to promptly.
